Outstanding response to my need. I was looking for a 2024 Edge ST here near the end of the model year and knew it was hard to find. I had bought a vehicle previously, and he had helped me with a couple of other needs. This time he did an even greater job. After my test drive, we completed the deal negotiation in a brief period of time, most of which was needed to value my existing vehicle for trade. The sales documents were completed, and I drove away in my new vehicle less than 3 hours from the time that I arrived. Everyone at the dealership helped to make this an outstanding experience.
