Overall we were satisfied with the experience at the dealership, however we did have a couple issues. The first to address was the fact that the night we looked at vehicle and decided we wanted to make dealership, however we did have a couple issues. The following day we were told 3 times before we came to pick up vehicle and sign papers that everything was done and financed, when we arrived we arrived we were given different payment numbers and interest rate, so we spent other hour negotiating bc we made it very clear the night before we were not willing to spend over $400 a month for a car payment. The finance guy Robert made the deal happen and everything moved quickly from that point. Another issue we had was that we asked them to detail the vehicle bc it was dirty, bc of the financing issues it was dark when we left and an inspection was not possible. In the morning we looked over vehicle and the exterior was filthy... On a plus side our salesman Brian was great, he was very professional and we could tell he really cared and took pride in satisfying us, he even made sure to get the Disney channel on their tv to occupy our daughter. More

I was in need of a new truck since mine had been stolen, went to your dealership in Apache Junction where I met with Susan. Why am I giving this great review?, after all said and done, Susan was willing to follow me home with my new truck, since I had a borrowed vehicle, and allow me to take her back to work. It was a great experience and the whole deal only too about 2-3 hours, never once did I feel pressured into the sale, everyone was very pleasant . Would definenatly reconment this dealership to any one in the market! More

This was one of the easiest car deal ever! I reviewed Large SUV's on the internet site beofre driving 120 miles to see the vehicles. The Vehicle I went to look at was a 2007 Chevy Suburban advertised as having Navigation and rear entertainmen driving 120 miles to see the vehicles. The Vehicle I went to look at was a 2007 Chevy Suburban advertised as having Navigation and rear entertainment. I also needed help with financing which they did find for me. When I drove from Tucson to dealership, I found out that the rear entertainment did not work and later founf out that the Nav disc was not present to make the Nav work.(found out on my ride home) Upon sitting with the person to look at financing, I was told that, Oh yeah you will also need a $1000 down to do the deal. I would not have even left my house if that were the case.... But they made it right and gave me the extra $1000 to finish the deal. After getting home and filling up with gas, I had a large fuel leak from under the vehicle that they also were extremely helpful in getting fixed, seeing as though I am not local. So the only thing now that is left to fix is the Nav disc to make the vehicle complete. All in All.... this is a great dealership that trully tries to make things right. when its all said in done, I would buy again from them. Thank you More
