Trucks Only Sales

I visited Trucks Only and found a vehicle I felt would be suitable for my price range and need. We agreed upon a price and I took possession of the vehicle. At this time I felt the deal had been completed and the vehicle was mine, however that is not the case. I was contacted 2 days later and advised the bank they were using did not approve the loan and asked me to come in to re-sign paperwork for another bank. When I arrived to sign the papers, I was advised the deal they were now offering was roughly $200 more a month. This was an “offer” I felt was outside my financial means and would not except. As she reviewed my file, she quickly found that my income that was submitted to the bank was roughly $10K less than actual (they had a hard copy of my most recent pay stub in the file). She then said she would re-submit using the correct amount and said there should be no issue. Later that week I had made an appointment with this dealership to have one of the door locks repaired. While dropping the vehicle off, I stopped by her office to make sure everything was good to go, and she advised they again denied the loan. At this point I’m quite frustrated as I didn’t receive a call from her and it was 2 days later. Once again I found myself sitting at her desk trying to understand how a legal contracted deal can be made and a week later tell me they can’t find a bank to finance this deal. At this time I asked her to consider one of two of my credit unions and she told me I should contact my banks myself. I wasn’t very happy as I thought this was her job as a finance manager. I contacted her again the next day to see if she had any luck with another bank and she advised she or the dealership were no longer pursuing banks to finance the vehicle. It was completely on me at that point. After two weeks I decided this was not working and took the truck back and pick up my trade in. I waited a full hour for them to drive my truck from the back lot to the front (roughly 50 yards). While waiting this hour, the “salesman” I originally made the deal with expressed to me owner Chris did not like the deal the manager had originally made me, and was ok with me bringing the truck back. Furthermore, the owner asked the manager why they didn’t try selling me a truck that had been sitting on the lot longer than the one I wanted. This whole time I just kept asking for my truck. I observed the employees during this time and was amazed how they all just sat around. They had a lot full of potential buyers and made no effort to greet them or assist them. After waiting this hour I walked to their back lot myself with the lot attendant and pointed right at my truck. He brought it around and I walked around it. They had attempted to fix one of the door panels and left it apart on the inside. I was able to put it back in place but it should not have been touched. I also found my keyless entry key fob was missing from the key ring. I again went back inside to the manager. They said they would look for it. At this point I didn’t want to wait any longer but I did as this should have been given back with the truck. I was then told by the manager and salesmen “they had lost it”. I held up the keys and said if you lost it you would have lost the one key I turned in with the truck. The key fob had to have been taken off of the key ring. I asked what they were going to do about this and they just looked at me speechless. I quickly left before I proceeded to tell them exactly how I felt about them. Needless to say, I’m quite unhappy with this experience and extreme lack of customer service in all. I am amazed there are company’s out there that actually treat their customers like this. I have worked in customer’s service for 10+ years and would have never treated anyone like this. I truly expected the owner to step up once involved and attempt to turn a now un-loyal customer into a happy customer but they did not care to lose my business. I cannot understand how this company stays in business with such a lack of customer service and lack of customer appreciation. How can the Better Business Bureau stand behind these crooks? I would not send my worst enemy to Trucks Only. Because of my experience, I have and will continue to tell my friends, family, and coworkers do not waste your time with Trucks Only! More

I had a great experience with the dealership, I was in a real serious bind with the vehicle I had. I got a call from bobby saying they had the truck I was looking for. The price was right and they gave me a good price on my trade in.
