This is the second vehicle that I have bought from trucks only and both times I have had a good experience dealing with them. The things that wrong with the trucks (new tires, dents, ect.) they took care of only and both times I have had a good experience dealing with them. Trucks Only in Apache Junction had exactly what I was looking for, a 2006 H3 Hummer. Art, Sales Rep and Joe, Office Mgr. were friendly , professional and they went above and beyond to make this happen a looking for, a 2006 H3 Hummer. I am happy with the whole experience and when the CD player didn't work, they set it up to have it replaced at their Mesa Service Center, where Service Mgr., Dave and Service Tech, Mike also were great to work with quick and friendly service. They also replaced a hood piece that had a problem -with a new piece that looks even better then the original one. Told the sales person I still owed around 21,000 on my trade in pay off.. Signed a contract showing the dealer will pay 21,500 on my trade in I agree'd to pay the remaining 300 ...The dealer did not pay trade in pay off.. Signed a contract showing the dealer will pay 21,500 on my trade in I agree'd to pay the remaining 300 ...The dealer did not pay the extra 500 but instead added it to the price of the vehicle I purchased leaving me with 800 plus dollars I had to pay .. This was sneaky and shady by leading me to believe they was going to pay the amount they showed on the contract but in the end handed me a blank piece of paper asking for a signature that I would pay anything left outstanding on my trade in loan..I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO this fly by night dealer nor will I ever recommend any friend or family to go to them..I work for a major corporation that employees over 35,000 people ..I would not refer a single co-worker to this dealer ,xxxx I wouldn't refer a enemy to this crooked dealership!! . My overall experience was good i had previously bought a truck from them before so i was a return customer, only complain is that first time i bought from them i had to do a oil change after a week from buy truck from them before so i was a return customer, only complain is that first time i bought from them i had to do a oil change after a week from buying so it was a extra expense, second time around i bought another truck and 2 weeks later i had to replace brakes and rotors, kinda sucks that u buy something and have to do basic maintenance in such a little amount of time from purchase. I just stopped in the dealership to look around and was greater by Alfonso he asked what I was interested in I told him a 2500 truck and it needs to be diesel. I agreed and they informed me they would have a price and offer for my trade in when I returned. I got a ofer from them which I felt was fair for my trade in and a good price on the GMC. We agreed on the prices and I went and talked to Janet Sandler who is a finance manager. She was very helpful in finishing my final paper work. It was a very pleasant experance for purchasing a vehicle. More
