What a great dealership to do business! My husband and I started searching the Internet for a new Subaru Outback. After an online inquiry we were contacted by Trent. Our favorite Sales Guy! My husband and I had been looking for a car for weeks and had gone to about 10 different dealers. I felt discouraged as salesperson after salesperson My husband and I had been looking for a car for weeks and had gone to about 10 different dealers. I felt discouraged as salesperson after salesperson tried to take advantage of us with high payments, high interest, or a car we didn’t want. The salesmen would completely waste our time by asking us “what payments are you looking at?” and after we would tell them they would go in their “bosses” office and come back with a payment that was sometimes $200 higher than what we wanted. We would say “no we can’t afford that payment” and then the salesman would go back to his “bosses” office and come back with a payment still too high. This went on and on and I was about to give up until my friend told me of a car salesman that she always used named Trent Nichols. She told me that “he was awesome and trustworthy.” After all the car dealer experiences we had, I didn’t believe her but I decided to give Trent a shot before giving up looking for a car completely. I proceeded to email Trent and received a reply right away. I told him I was looking for a Dodge Charger and he happened to have one on the lot. Trent called me to set up an appointment that day and told me what I needed to bring with me. On my drive to Tucson Subaru to meet Trent and look at the Charger, I already knew in my head that I was going to have to probably “haggle” and be “assertive” because Trent was going to be “just like the rest of them.” When I first met Trent, I noticed that Trent was very personable and that I didn’t get that “pushy salesman” feeling at all from him. I still had my guard up though. We test drove the car and wow was it ever a beauty. Now the true test, what was Trent going to come out with as far as payment plans? He came back with exactly what we were asking for! I think my jaw dropped and I was very impressed. Trent made buying a car so incredibly easy I wish that I could have went to him first. Not only does Trent have professionalism, but he has follow through. He is one of a kind! I wouldn't even think of going to anyone else to buy a car and you shouldn't either. More

When we arrived for our appointment, he was ready for us and had several information sheets printed about the available vehicles that met our needs. This was a very low-pressure sales and we left the dealership that same afternoon with a new 2015 Outback.
