Darla provided an hour-long, very thorough, no stone left unturned review of my new 2020 Crosstrek's safety and infotainment features. I went in thinking I knew pretty much everything I needed to, given thi unturned review of my new 2020 Crosstrek's safety and infotainment features. I went in thinking I knew pretty much everything I needed to, given this is my fifth Subaru, but I learned a bunch of new things that are important from both a safety and a driving enjoyment perspective. I had a fabulous experience. My 2014 Outback experienced transmission problems while driving from Texas to California. I dropped in to Tucson Subaru and Dan Ford was my service advisor.
