I had a good experience at the 60k major service and all wheel drive service on my 2015 Forester. The work was completed by the estimated time and the whole process went smoothly. This service center does an exceptional job with COVID-19 precautions and I never felt at risk. Monica did a professional job handling my visit and I did need to call her a couple of days later about a leak. She had me bring in my car right away and have it inspected -- she did put me in a loaner car so I would not have to wait around. Got a call in a couple of hours that the leak was due to some residual differential fluid from the service work and it had been cleaned off and verified that plugs were tight and no more leaks present. It was unfortunate that I had to come back after the service work, but it was handled promptly and with minimal hassle to me. I actually enjoyed the short time I had with the Subaru Ascent loaner car and this model will be high on my list for my next car. More
