Extremely professional. Everyone was very courteous and also thoroughly explained every step of the process. Chris spent time going over the details of our periodic maintenance both before and after and th also thoroughly explained every step of the process. Waiting area was very clean and constantly re-sanitized as clients left. The free car wash voucher was a nice bonus. Great experience - we will definitely use Tucson Subaru in the future. More

When I learned that my usual Service Advisor was on vacation, I asked for Jesse Friedman because I have observed his interactions with customers in the past and admired his customer service skills. Jes vacation, I asked for Jesse Friedman because I have observed his interactions with customers in the past and admired his customer service skills. Jesse responded immediately and even helped me figure out what coupon to use for maximum value. He kept me appraised on the progress of my service including leaking A/C o-rings which was discovered by his mechanic. Jesse had me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time considering all the work that was performed on my Forester (CVTF flush, all-wheel alignment and A/C o-rings replaced). Another excellent service experience at Tucson Subaru. More
