When I learned that my usual Service Advisor was on vacation, I asked for Jesse Friedman because I have observed his interactions with customers in the past and admired his customer service skills. Jesse responded immediately and even helped me figure out what coupon to use for maximum value. He kept me appraised on the progress of my service including leaking A/C o-rings which was discovered by his mechanic. Jesse had me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time considering all the work that was performed on my Forester (CVTF flush, all-wheel alignment and A/C o-rings replaced). While my Subaru has been quite the lemon. I have been impressed my the level of service provided by my service advisor Jay Rau.
