I'm visiting from out of town and just stopped in to the Subaru dealer to see if I could get my front wheels balanced. Although being very busy, Chris was most understanding and worked me in, got it done in Subaru dealer to see if I could get my front wheels balanced. I think Subaru is on track with the Love Encore program! I learned a lot about my Crosstrek and feel much more comfortable with all the buttons and settings! I had my appointment and Monica made me feel like she was on a rush. I had great experience before but this time will be my last. I made a request and she make feel like she didn't care about it and same fee on a rush. I had great experience before but this time will be my last.
