The Service department was great! It was easy to get an appointment to take care of a recall. While I was there they also replaced a frayed seatbelt under some kind of lifetime "safety" warranty for my 200 appointment to take care of a recall. While I was there they also replaced a frayed seatbelt under some kind of lifetime "safety" warranty for my 2005 OB XT. Additionally they provided a "free" detailed inspection report with everything I needed to have taken care of - like bulbs that were out and some oil leaks. The best part, there was no pressure on me to have it done there. I am a DIY'r and most of those I can take care of myself, but it was great to have them identify the items on a detailed report. I even got new loaner OB while they did the recall work so I got a chance to preview a possible next purchase! More

I was able to schedule a last minute service appointment and they were still able to get me in and out very quickly on a busy day. They were also very accommodating to my dog.
