We just purchased a brand new 2016 435i xDrive Convertible from Gloria. Talk about an easy deal, with no high-pressure, and very professional, friendly & courteous service- she came through for us. We communicated via email and text and telephone and Gloria worked out the entire sale in this manner, It was a true pleasure meeting her when we went in to pick the car up at the dealership, but it was wonderful to be able to arrive, spend very little time with paperwork and drive away in our beautiful car! Also, we traded in our 2008 X5, which Tulley offered exactly what we were looking for had we sold it on our own, showing that BMW's do in fact hold their value. Excellent Service I stopped in early one morning with no appointment and without calling ahead. The service writer welcomed me and kindly offered to take my vehicle in I stopped in early one morning with no appointment and without calling ahead. The service writer welcomed me and kindly offered to take my vehicle in for evaluation right away. I was provided a comparable loaner vehicle and sent on my way quickly and without issue. Throughout the day I was informed of the status of my repair and told the truck would be repaired and ready for pickup by the end of the day, thanks to the parts department pulling the necessary part from another dealer. I showed up after hours to return the loaner and retrieve my truck only to find that it had been washed and the issue had been fixed without any evidence that a repair had been made. I quickly visited the cashier to square up the paperwork, return the loaner keys and pick up my keys. She kindly asked if I knew where my truck was parked and sent me in my way. If my truck ever has an issue again, this is how I would like it to be handled. More
