I brought my car in for a complimentary oil change. The service tech also did a complimentary inspection as well. During the inspection, they broke one of the wheel studs and wanted over $200 to repair The service tech also did a complimentary inspection as well. During the inspection, they broke one of the wheel studs and wanted over $200 to repair it. In my opinion, since you broke it, you should have repaired it for free.. I know the parts are less than $20, so asking for over $200 is outrageous. In the end, a free complimentary oil change is costing me more than if I had done the oil change myself. More

Hankins did a superb and outstanding job as a sales executive; he actually listens to customer needs and offered solutions. Unfortunately, after closing the deal with Mr. Hankins, the business manager Mr. Gamble tried to sell warranty and other services that I clearly said no, he could not find the deposit check that I has given to Mr. Hankins 4 days before. Mr. Gamble was unable to give a copy of the lease agreement, did not even explain the agreement nor capitalized value, options at the end of the lease, where to send the payments etc.. As of today one full week of taking possession of the GV70 I have not received a copy of the lease agreement, nor any kind of info of when the payment is due, nor where to send the payments. I have leased my 5 previous vehicles for business purposes, but this have been the worst experience ever. More
