Appointment for diagnosing issue was completed yesterday appointment made for 8th of July for repairs, with 20 minutes of leaving yesterday I received a text for confirming my appointment for 9800 Today. I explained to him about the appointment change and he had no clue this happened. After the work was completed I noticed they didn't do the complimentary wash on the exterior today nor did they do it yesterday even though I signed the document that included a comp exterior wash.
