I scheduled my appointment for 11:30am, ran to lunch and back, then waited for hours. They had taken 70+ appointments for the day and I sat in a modular waiting area for right at 5 hours. Worst experience of my life 4and a half months of xxxx then when we do get the car back after over and over phone calls that none answers the phones. Went for engine had to replace transmission to which had nothing wrong with it you suck I’m in sales 31 years I will tell everyone I come across was supposed to have rental but nope.
