I recieved a new CD CARD in the mail which the dealer installed. I have had nothing but trouble since. First my GPS did not work which meant another trip to the service dept. Now my 'AV' is off and the installed. I have had nothing but trouble since. First my GPS did not work which meant another trip to the service dept. Now my 'AV' is off and the user manual is no help. Had an appointment for an oil change. Was placed in a temporary shack that had an atrocious bathroom waiting for my vehicle to be finished. 2 hours later I received my vehicle back. Very poor service. They lost my key and now they have lost my intake tube and denied they even knew it was missing before I sent it to Regional Hyundai. I can’t get ahold of the service manager to ask for financial aid and now I have to pay for parts and labor on something that is not even part of the original part that was needing fixed. Regional Hyundai has done a better job on getting my car ready and all that is needed is the part that Tulsa Hyundai has “ lost” . If I could be compensated somehow for the $150 or so for labor that would be great! Hyundai customer care team has compensated me for the $115 for the part. This dealership needs to be reviewed before others are screwed over as well. More
