There are only two dealerships that peddle Hyundai's in my area, Tulsa, Oklahoma. I have to say the experience between the two are night and day. Tulsa Hyundai exceeded my expectations in every step of the way of purchasing a vehicle. I have to really commend my sales person for being so forthcoming. I think when a dealership has sales persons that project and convey themselves as an asset as opposed to a hurdle it makes that much of a difference. For me it differentiated the dealership from it's competitors. I very well could have purchased a vehicle at the other dealership but choose Tulsa Hyundai because of the experience. Even before I mentioned that I was a buyer to the sales person. Johnny Braggs was the best. I would certainly hope that he is there when it comes time that I need a new car. If he were to leave that would ultimately mean I would not purchase form Tulsa Hyundai again, sorry. Get more sales persons like Johnny Braggs. Wasn't enthusiastic about finance department. The waiting room had people in there without a mask! The service tech didn't stay in touch with me, I had to keep calling about my car. The shuttle driver was not wearing a mask. Great Service, friendly and respectful, however they did let the ball drop a little bit by not contacting me to inform me that m y vehicle would be in service an extra day, was not happy about not being not let the ball drop a little bit by not contacting me to inform me that m y vehicle would be in service an extra day, was not happy about not being notified about that, I had to call several times during the day to find out status of my vehicle, never got call back until the very end of the day, had to cancel appointments that i had schedule for the next day because of this lack of follow up, called four times over the course of the day. I know sometimes things get busy and things just happen, but someone could have made the time to call me with a status update after four calls. More
They took care of me quite well. They kept me informed through the whole process!!! I had my engine blow on our Sante Fe. My 2020 Santa Fe vehicle alarm continues to go off at random times. I have reported it numerous times to the Service Department and they are unable to fix it. Their system did not allow me to talk to a technician. Help!!! More
