We had been looking for a palisade for a while and happened to come in on a Saturday and spoke with salesman Kenyell. He told he had one exactly like we were looking for but that it was still in its i happened to come in on a Saturday and spoke with salesman Kenyell. While standing with the vehicle another salesman came up to it but we happened to be first in line. We love our new Palisade. Kenyell was awesome to work with. More

I told my service advisor I was going to wait in the lobby for the diagnosis, waited 2 hours went up to the desk for an update and she said she thought I was going to leave so she set my paperwork to th lobby for the diagnosis, waited 2 hours went up to the desk for an update and she said she thought I was going to leave so she set my paperwork to the side. I had an appointment and the wait should have been around 30 minutes, my sunroof was leaking and it was an easy fix. This always happens when I come to this dealership. They have no care for your time. More

Hailey was GREAT! (the manager, not so much) I was pre-qualified with Capital One to purchase a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu. The terms were a $200 deposit and a payment of $137 a month. I traveled over I was pre-qualified with Capital One to purchase a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu. The terms were a $200 deposit and a payment of $137 a month. I traveled over 200 miles (which for me was a long trip)to pick up this car. Hailey was super friendly and kind, the Malibu looked great and I was looking forward to owning it, Then "the manager" started the paperwork. He told me the lender was demanding another $50 in deposit money (on top of the $200 I had originally given) in order to get my payments down to where they would be manageable. I explained I was already given a payment amount of $137 a month and was told my interest rate was changing, and my payment would be closer to $200 dollars a month. The $500 maxed out my little credit card and being disabled and on a fixed income, the extra $60 dollars a month was going to be a big dent in my budget, but I did like the car so I agreed. I was then pitched. pitched an extended warranty, which I declined. He kept pushing and didn't want to take no for an answer ( which it turned out he didn't after all), I kept saying no regardless and later found he added one to my bill anyway. I was very happy with the car but extremely dissatisfied with the way I was treated and will not be recommending Capital One or Tulsa Hyundai to anyone. More
