I went in yesterday to get some routine service done on my vehicle. Even though they were busy they said they would get to my vehicle and get it serviced as quickly as possible. It took about 45 minutes to my vehicle. Even though they were busy they said they would get to my vehicle and get it serviced as quickly as possible. It took about 45 minutes to get an oil change and a tire rotation. They came back and said that an additional service needed to be done. When I checked in they did give me a heads up that it might be time for additional service to be done because of the mileage on my vehicle. They went ahead and got it done and they said that it would be done as quickly as possible since they already had the vehicle still back in the shop. It didn't take long for the additional service to get completed. I was very appreciative of the fact that when I checked in that they already gave me a heads up about some additional services that needed to be done. More

too long and too expensive Was assured that the parts needed were in stock and could get it out that day, Friday. Went from a $77 belt to over $1,800 w/o ever discussing the cost. Plus this was the same part you replaced three years ago. Felt like a classic Dealer rip-off. Will not be back. More
