car Detail for delivery Car detail was awful it had dirty floor mats scratches on the dashboard, dirt on door panels . They detailed it once then I told the salesman that it was unsuccessful on the cleaning. He asked me where I showed him a few spots that’s all they touched . No effort to clean the entire car . This car was a demo . I told my wife I would get it detailed or do it myself. After testing driving the car, I asked to drive it to show my wife the car because this is her car, He checked and they said yes, then he said someone had came in to look at the car could they look in it, I said sure but I am about to take it to where my wife is, he gave them the keys and they drove off in it four 35 minutes. I said you got to be kidding me, I was furious. That should never happen!!!! When I asked the salesman a question about the car, he said I used to sell chevy’s I don’t know. Never got a walk through on the car never got a owners manual or the dash repaired . They know about it and don’t care. She likes her car but we wished we would have went somewhere else. Not sure what to do about maintenance, but I don’t think it will be at this dealership. More
