Went in for new brakes, new tires, and oil change. Broke my 2022 tucson brakes on the rack. Told me they didnt have a car for me to drive. Ultimatley gave me an electric to drive which takes 1.75 hours to charge including driving to charging station. Had to charge more often then a car gets gasoline. Took 3.5 weeks to get my car back. Asked me if I liked the electric when I came back. (Sales ploy?) Sent me an invoice afterwards for $2, yes $2... for tolls. People were professional, but more or less cold and treat you like a number. Don't blame them, I think management needs a heart change. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. More
