I bought my daughter a car at a used dealership and a week later the engine locked up. Had it towed to Hyundai when I couldn’t figure out what could be wrong with it. Gavin had Hyundai cover the engine outside of their 10year warranty. He quoted me about $100 more than it actually cost to replace all the hoses he recommended so when it came time to pay, not only was the engine covered, they came in cheaper than they initially thought on the hose replacements. I couldn’t be happier and Gavin took great care of me. I would definitely go back to have them service my vehicle and I would make sure he is the one who I spoke to. 10/10 great experience. More

This is the second time I’ve had to take my brand new car in for service in the past two weeks. The issue was clearly not resolved with the first visit.
