Seller's BEWARE! !!! Tried to lowball me on an Edmund's "Sell to Us" offer on a brand new, Kia K4 LKS with less than 200 miles on it. According to their automated !!! Tried to lowball me on an Edmund's "Sell to Us" offer on a brand new, Kia K4 LKS with less than 200 miles on it. According to their automated offer, the value was between $19,500 and $20,700. I made an appointment for June 16, 2026 to have the car valued, providing the Salesman (Dominic Roman) with the VIN # prior to my arrival. I also confirmed with a Sales Manager, Brandon Kalinoski, my pending appointment so that they were well aware of what I was coming with. After about 20 minutes of the usual stalling, the salesman comes back and say that they can only offer $18k on the car. I asked what about the Edmunds' offer range. He said it was only because they couldn't certify the car. Now here we have a brand new car that can't be certified yet they can certify other used vehicles? Plus, they have a Kia dealership under their corporate umbrella. Don't these dealerships play nicely together? They advertise each others' inventory. Why didn't anyone at the dealership realize that the certification was going to be an issue prior to my arrival when they knew that I had run the car through their valuation system? I smell a deliberate attempt to lowball, figuring I was already there. More

Great dealership, we’ve had the Equinox a year and just experienced the first service, inspection and tire rotation. It was painless and the staff took care of us. My least on my 2023 Trailblazer was ready to expire. Talked with my salesperson Paul Holsopple and he gave me the options for leasing again or keeping the 2023 Trailblazer. I thought l would keep it however, after hearing my options it was best for mevto continue to least because of the lower monthly payment. I have no worries about car repairs due to the warranty. I just have a monthly payment l can afford for the next 3 yrs. TURNER will service the new 2026 Trailblazer and free inspection . Paul was not pushing and was very thorough with his information. I felt l could trust him and he helped me with the whole process. I would recommend Paul if interested in a least or new purchase. More
