I was having some issues with the heating and defroster not working correctly. The service team at Turner had fixed the issue by replacing a faulty module. As all newer cars go, sometimes there is a deeper issue and the next day it again wasn't working properly. I contacted Turner and they quickly made a spot to get the vehicle back in the next day. The service rep, as well as the service manager, came out to the vehicle and reviewed what I was encountering. That was very much appreciated versus just dropping the vehicle off with my verbal description. The technician ran additional diagnostics and worked through any points that came up and he resolved the problem. Turner did not charge me any additional labor for the second round. I appreciated their honest approach and willingness not only to listen but to go that little extra. It was very high level customer service. More
