Great service The serpentine belt and tensioner needed to be replaced in my car. I called Sutliff on Friday and spoke to Steve. I was told they would not be able to get to it until Monday. I had my car towed to Sutliff on Friday. Steve called me Monday morning and told me the issue and how much it would be to correct. I ask him to fix it. I received a call from Steve Monday afternoon telling me my car was fixed and ready for pick up. I depend on Sutliff to always be honest and do a great job when working on my car. I have never been let down or unhappy with the service or the way I am treated at Sutliff. I would and have recommended them to my friends and family. More

Poor customer service Waited at front desk in the show room for assistance to pay and p/u my vehicle for 10 minutes w/o help as finance and sales people walked by. When located, not friendly. Price for battery quoted but unaware that labor would be $47 for a 3.5 minute job. Ticking noise in 2014 Cruze I walked in frantic, without an appointment & Steven told me that was okay he would start getting things ready. He even showed me how it was the incorrect oil filter that was placed in the car. Basically, I was treated phenomenally. I wasn’t told any lies about my car, pure honesty was offered to me. I have always loved sutliff since the moment I bought my 2014 Cruze from them. Highly recommend for both buying and servicing! I have never regretted using Sutliff once! More

Disappointed with service After purchasing/servicing new vehicles from Sutliff since 1982 I believe I need to change dealerships. Being told from a rude check in person it woul After purchasing/servicing new vehicles from Sutliff since 1982 I believe I need to change dealerships. Being told from a rude check in person it would cost over $2000 to look at the engine and clear a code that must be done by November inspection. I NEVER got a 2nd opinion until this happened. My gut told me to and boy am I glad I did. Obviously Sutliff no longer cares about long term customers or maybe it is the new ownership. I do not know. All I know is someone tried to charge me A LOT and another garage solved the problem for FAR FAR less than $2000. In fact it was less than $100!! After all these years, I really feel cheated and disappointed by Sutliff after this service appointment. More
