Above and Beyond- True Customer Service I took my 4-Runner in for routine maintenance yesterday. I asked if they could install the new wiper blades I had bought but wasn't smart enough to i I took my 4-Runner in for routine maintenance yesterday. I asked if they could install the new wiper blades I had bought but wasn't smart enough to install. Stephen C., an Assistant Service Manager, said, I'll put them on right now. Would you like to learn how? I did, and he proceeded to replace them in minutes, all while explaining how I would do it the next time. My service was done but indicated a washer fluid leak. Stephen said he wanted to check that out and proceeded to identify AND FIX the leak. There was no charge for the work he did! Way to go!!! Now that's customer service. Thank you. More
