Came in on a vehicle on their website that turns out they can't even sell because IT'S AT A DEALERSHIP IN EGG HARBOR! So I go back on the website and look and sure enough it says NEAR TURNERSVILLE. We called and were told a $56K certified used truck advertised on the website was available for sale and a test drive. This particular dealership if 45 minutes away from our home. Very disappointed in the quality of the service department. I put my vehicle in for my air condition shutting on and off. I was advised it needed a blower and resister and paid $1030 for the servic department. I put my vehicle in for my air condition shutting on and off. When I went to pick up the vehicle while still in the parking lot the air was still not working correctly so I went back in to advise service. The tech was unable to determine what it could be that is causing this so a star claim was opened since he was unsure of what to do next. After 2-3 weeks of checking status on this claim I was then asked to bring the vehicle back in so they can take another look. I then was told it would be another $2500 repair, not willing to acknowledge the fact I already paid $1030 for essentially nothing since I was handed back the car that day with a air condition still not working correctly. I am picking my vehicle up to take to a more reputable dealer but still at a $1030 loss with nothing to show from it from this dealership. Very poor way of conducting business! More
