The diagnostics on my car ended up being what was said that it wasn’t. I was not treated with great respect throughout the process and when I finally received my car from the maintenance that could have b that it wasn’t. I will not be doing business with Tuscaloosa Ford again if I can try not to. Over the past three years that I have used Tuscaloosa Ford, I have found little to no improvement in their service department. More
