The diagnostics on my car ended up being what was said that it wasn’t. I was not treated with great respect throughout the process and when I finally received my car from the maintenance that could have b that it wasn’t. I was not treated with great respect throughout the process and when I finally received my car from the maintenance that could have been completed in two days, on the third day that I got it back I found a dent in my vehicle that was not there before. I will not be doing business with Tuscaloosa Ford again if I can try not to. Over the past three years that I have used Tuscaloosa Ford, I have found little to no improvement in their service department. More

Went to get truck serviced Saturday at tuscaloosa ford. Nice guy met us as we got out of truck. He got all his info and we went to loung. Everyone we met was curtious and polite. Truck Service I came to Tuscaloosa to get my oil changed and tires rotated and they performed the work in a short period of time plus changed my air filter and flus I came to Tuscaloosa to get my oil changed and tires rotated and they performed the work in a short period of time plus changed my air filter and flushed my cooling fluid.
