Never again responded

Looking at other reviews this is not the first time there’ve been bad reviews with repair time complaints. I think you need to rethink your system. At least be honest up front. I never even got a call back when I asked for service at 2:40 (whoever I needed to talk to was at lunch). I had someone take me there at 5:00 assuming my car would be done. Still had to wait 30 minutes to be checked out.
