Yesterday I traded in for a new car, so naturally I bought from Tustin Hyundai. The experience couldn't have been easier. John Patterson, the owner of Tustin Hyundai, has assembled an all star cast of people to work for him. Rick was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was transparent with both process and pricing. He took the time to understand our needs for a new car. Despite not having the color my mom wanted in stock, he went the extra mile to get it transferred from another dealership within hours to make it happen. Respectful and Professional Sales Associate = Loyalty I brought my daughter to Tustin Hyundai in search of her first car purchase. She's driven for a while, but this would be her first car buying experien I brought my daughter to Tustin Hyundai in search of her first car purchase. She's driven for a while, but this would be her first car buying experience. I guided her through the process including the red flags and warning signs associated with working with most auto dealerships. As we strolled through the lot 'just looking' staff members checked in with us, and were very respectful of our browsing. When we had questions, TONY BENJAMIN stepped up and created what I am certain will be a lasting relationship. He figured out what we were looking for and what our budget would be. He very respectfully directed his questions and answers to my daughter. As a dad of girls, I can't tell you how refreshing and impressive this was. Tony was like dealing with your favorite uncle. I have never had a car buying experience where I was sorry that the interaction with the sales associate was over, but I can speak for my daughter in saying that we're going to miss him! Between visits I shopped at another local Hyundai dealership - Russell Westbrook, and the sales experience was cliche and awful. After finishing up her purchase, just before she drove away, Tony told my daughter that if she had any questions or needs to never hesitate to call him. It wasn't just a line - he meant it. I have already recommended Tustin Hyundai and Tony to a friend, and will most certainly be back when we are ready to buy again. More
