This is one of the best dealerships I have ever done business with. I highly recommend them. I bought my 2007 Santa Fe from Douglas Hyundai with was bought out by Tustin Hyundai. They have a 7/30/11 This is not the first time I've been to the dealer. Hence, this survey is based on several visits to the service department. They have always been cordial and professional. I own a 2009 Sonata GLS. I came in for a scheduled engine oil and filter change. I expressed my concern that when I brake at 40 to 50 mph, the front end shimmies and you can feel it on the steering wheel. I already had a front-end alignment done, replaced the rotors, new tires ... but still had the same problem. I suspected that I had bad ball joints and steering links. Very expensive !!! The corrective action recommended by the mechanic was to resurface the rotors and replace the brake pads. I had my doubts ... but said O.K. . The proof was in riding the car ... works like a charm ! Saved me money also. Great job ! More
