My recent service for maintenance and for tune up was excellent. Joseph was my service advisor, and he made every effort to take care of me with such great warmth and care, and I could tell from the way excellent. Joseph was my service advisor, and he made every effort to take care of me with such great warmth and care, and I could tell from the way he spoke to other customers that he is genuinely a great guy. He tried to get my car into the garage sooner than later and provided me with updates along the way to allay any concerns that he thought I may have. It was such a pleasure working with him that I want him to be my service advisor the next time I’m there.
