We had a great experience. Mikki took care of us. He showed us the different models and even a new prototype. He thought the RZ 350e was right for us and we agreed. Alex helped Mikki took care of us. Alex helped us with the paperwork and he was sharp and seemed to know what he was doing. He owns the same car and answered questions as we thought of them. I recommend Tustin Lexus to my mechanic. Time to check in and time to checkout were excessively long…over 30 minutes each despite arriving 10 minutes early for my appointment. Always great customer service! I've never had anyone try to upsell me or pull a fast one. I always feel comfortable knowing my vehicle is being serviced honestly and correctly.
