I have had my eye on the new 2022 Lexus NX hybrid since Lexus announced it early last year. I went in to Tustin Lexus on 12/31 to look at one of the new models on the lot. Keith Imoto walked up to discuss Lexus announced it early last year. I went in to Tustin Lexus on 12/31 to look at one of the new models on the lot. Keith Imoto walked up to discuss the new model and we agreed to have a test drive. From there I knew it was the car I wanted. Keith was attentive and listened to my requirements and asks. From there, we found a Lexus that suited my needs that was going to be delivered on 1/7. We worked out all the details and contracts were signed. Keith sent me a message showing my car delivered to the dealership then personally delivered it to my house. Top notch service and support! Thank you!! More
