She responded to all my questions in a timely manner and when I came to the dealership the car was ready to go with no hidden surprises. Not only was Natalie great to deal with Greg and Paymon in the Finance Department were fantastic as well. Just a first rate sales experience with a super friendly staff at Tustin Lexus! I have been a customer for decades and remain happy with the service team. Service advisors are very attentive and do appropriate follow up. The quality of work is good.
