This dealership is one that will dazzle you while there but will have no follow up afterwards. I made several attempts to solve a problem. My husband made several attempts as well. I know our purchase was small peanuts but one should treat even their “minor” customers with follow through. On top of this, we left feeling a bit “had” by the dealer add on product. I was concerned about the “out the door” price and sly like a fox got sucked into focusing on the monthly price. Well done, car salesman. Got my extra gran. Beyond this, 17 days later and my trade in has not been paid off. I believe they have 21 days. I foresee another flurry of calls. One should really be happy about buying a car. It’s a special thing in life. I will not be a repeat customer or recommend the dealership. More
