First time I bought my second Lexus in this location. I was very pleased with Richard Kim's dedication to his customer, he gave 100% of his attention and helped you in any way possible. The receptionists was very pleased with Richard Kim's dedication to his customer, he gave 100% of his attention and helped you in any way possible. The receptionists are polite and helpful. The service manager gives you respect and values customers. However, Paymon Marandi-finance department is a nightmare. You call him and leave a message, no courtesy call back. I emailed him, same, no courtesy call back. Because of that, I will not do business here again. More
