I was communicating with the sales person through email regarding a certified Lexus GX460. The vehicle was priced too high compared to other vehicles in the market. I told her I was going to purchase a v regarding a certified Lexus GX460. The vehicle was priced too high compared to other vehicles in the market. I told her I was going to purchase a vehicle from a different dealership due to the price. See told me even though they offer “no haggle prices” if I came in they would reduce their vehicle to match the price of the other dealership. My presence was needed in order to show I was serious. So I drove an hour to get there. After the test drive I was ready to make the deal. Then I was told they don’t reduce their prices. So this was basically a bait and switch operation. Not only did I drive 2 hours round trip, but I also risked being exposed to COVID-19 since most of the employees weren’t using PPE. Buyer beware of this place. There are much better Lexus dealerships with better ethical selling techniques around!! More
