We visited a week ago, test driving cars with Keith. Even though he had my cell phone number, he acted with integrity and honored my request to not call me with sales hype trying to get my business. After spending a week doing my research online, I was ready to give Keith my business today. He spent hours with my husband and me on a busy, end-if-the-month weekend going through all the options to get us the best car to match our needs. We got a more-than-amazing deal ( below the Edmunds fair market price for this area). The deal might have fallen through, but Keith persevered and negotiated a reasonable price for us. After the sale Keith spent a long time with us, going over all the features of the car, linking up my iPhone, etc. so that I felt confident using all the technology features when I drove off the lot. Previously, I had been intimidated with the technology on my hubby’s Lexus ES 350 (bought at a different, less customer-service oriented Orange County dealership) and have only driven his car a handful of times as a result. But, with Keith’s patient explanations and demonstrations, I had a delightful 16 mile drive home using the “home” destination routing feature, calling two friends with numbers stored in my iPhone, and enjoying the heads up map of my destination as well as my speed set on cruise control, the posted speed limit, and a compass—all easily in view in color at the bottom of my windshield!
