I was kept informed regarding the servicing of my car the whole time. I think they did an excellent job when was all done and washed? It looked like a brand new car I was amazed. I’ve been to other Lexus dealers when I lived elsewhere and I didn’t get the service that I did here at testing Lexus the waiting area I think was set up nicely and comfortable and actually they had more than one area with the big screen TVs for you to watch. I would recommend Tustin Lexus to anyone who needed the car serviced or was interested in buying a new or used Lexus car as the sales staff was really nice and helpful in every way possible. Pulling up comparison to what I have and into what I was looking at. I test drives in the two models that I was considering and looking at the ins and outs of both of them. Even though I wasn’t planning on buying that day and you in the near future, I was going to. I didn’t feel the pressure in having to buy that day, but I did in the end pick a car that was coming in and put money down to hold it and worked with the finance department input through the application and everything so that when the car does come in, all I have to do is bring in the down payment and my pink slip an extra key in my car. I’m happy with the choice I made in the staff there who is making sure I was comfortable while waiting to do all the paperwork and while I was trying to make my decision. I feel that I was given a fair amount for my trade-in as well and that’s another reason that I would recommend the dealership.Tustin Lexus More
