Average I had a 3:45 appt for an oil change. No one greeted me when I pulled up. Went inside, waited 15 min before being helped. One guy was chatting with ano I had a 3:45 appt for an oil change. No one greeted me when I pulled up. Went inside, waited 15 min before being helped. One guy was chatting with another customer the whole time. Took 1 1/2 hours to change the oil. The place is going thru a much needed remodel so it is cramped and only 2 chairs in the waiting room. Totally average experience. I’ve been treated much better at other dealerships. More
