OUTSTANDING PURCHASE EXPERIIENCE!! On April 9, 2026, I purchased a 2026 Mazda 3. I workerd with salesperson Mario Gsaca. Purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful event. However, working with Mr. Gasca made it a truly stress free event. He was very acvomodating, knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. A true professional. Willing to go the extra mile. He did not use any pressure tactics, which I greatly appreciated. He listened to my requests and concerns and went from there. Well done. I would also like yo mention Alexa, who along with Mr. Gasca worked tirelessly to get the deal done. She was a true proffessional. Overall, a very pleasant ecperience in purchasing a vehicle (which I haven't said very often). Well done Cardinale Way Mazda.

We just purchased a 2025 Mazda CS 50 Hybrid from Huntington Beach Mazda, and had the pleasure of working with a young salesman, Manny A. Camacho. He was incredibly knowledgeable and well-informed about the car and all of its features. He explained everything clearly and confidently, answering all of our questions with ease. What stood out the most was his professionalism - he was well spoken, articulate and had a no-pressure approach to sales. We felt an immediate connection with him even though we are decades apart in age. He made us feel comfortable and respected throughout the entire process. It was clear that he had our best interests in mind, and we truly felt he gave us the best deal possible. The entire experience - from internet inquiry to the test drive, to the final paperwork (thank you Veronica) was smooth and stress-free. Ulysses Gaytan was the worst service advisor Ive ever - Ichichung10

Ulysses Gaytan was the worst service advisor Ive ever been served with. On Dec, 12, 2025 I went to this dealership for 5k maintenance service. And paid $1600 for the whole repairment. 2 weeks later, the check engine light was on, so I ad to drive back this past Monday. Ulysses does nothing but only taking photos of the vehicle, and didn't even estimate how much will it cost for theservice, instead keep saying it won't be charge so far. Once the vehicle was ready he said that he will have to charge us for the gas cap loosen, originally $225, but he discounted to $150. I asked why. He said it's not someting they did while the repairment, but it's we did something that caused the light on. Until I asked him to get me the supervisor for a better clarification then he discharged the service. I hope the dealer take serious action and look into this occasion deeper, due to his serving attitude was completely ridiculous and unprofessional.
