Twin City Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center

Marc was very nice when I spoke to him but he did not explain how long it would take for my repair of a seat cover and steering stabilizer. I called on the next day and asked about it and was told it was explain how long it would take for my repair of a seat cover and steering stabilizer. I called on the next day and asked about it and was told it wasn’t in the shop yet even though my appt was 945 on a Friday. He never gave me an update on when it would be done. I would never recommend this service center to anyone and would rather drive to Kokomo to have repair done. More

Dealership charged us over the maximum price for a part that we needed. Was disrespected when the person asked how MANY credit cards we’d be paying with, the person then failed to inform us beforehand that that we needed.
