Great Experience So, my previous car, a 2007 Cadillac DTS, was totaled in an accident on May 17th. I went online searching for an XTS. While I may have viewed 50-60 ca So, my previous car, a 2007 Cadillac DTS, was totaled in an accident on May 17th. I went online searching for an XTS. While I may have viewed 50-60 cars online, my wife and I actually went to 5 different dealers and look at 30 of them. Only Twin Pine had the car that met all my wants and needs; the only problem was that the car was 135 miles from my home. I emailed them and then called and spoke with Brock. He assured me that the car was as described and that a no hassle bumper to bumper warranty was available, in fact he had Angie call me back with all the specifics on the warranty and the cost options. My wife and I made the trip, the car was parked in the "Sold" section of the facility but that was just for safekeeping. Brock came out, we spoke about the car for a few minutes and then he handed us the keys and said " take it for a ride". A couple of miles later, we returned to the dealership, said "we'll take it". Quick and easy paperwork and we were on our way home with our new wheels. Definitely would recommend Twin Pine Auto Group and especially Brock. That morning, as soon as they opened I received a phone call and email from Wyatt Zong. He had the car lined up right on time. He made me feel like it was ALL about ME. He seemed to enjoyed getting new cars out for me to test drive. I loved his attitude. Then, when I was ready to complete the paperwork, there was a problem: I did not realize that my wife had to sign some paperwork. But they actually finished the paperwork, then Wyatt followed me from Ephrata to York and met with my wife so she could sign the paperwork !!! And they completely explained the paperwork and streamlined the process. On 3 different websites that reviewed cars, my new 2015 Kia Forte was priced at $3500 less than the average price!
