They were very nice to work with. There was a couple little things that could’ve been a little better. My sales guy was great. The car itself is OK just a lot to learn. Did not come with a manual to show how to work a lot of the stuff. But I’m learning as I go. I do not Care for the tires that are on the car and I do not like how the car vibrates and shakes as I go over a line, but I’m sure it’s a safety feature. If the car would’ve had a manual to tell the person about the car it would’ve been a lot easier. The only manual that was given to me was about the different brands of Ford escapes. It runs good. The only downfall I have is I do not like the tires. They don’t feel right on the car. The service was outstanding.

Purchase review: one of the best trade-in and purchase experiences we’ve ever had (full stop). Devin and Anitra Traverso are the absolute cream of the crop. In summary… Trade-In values and purchase price were better than fair. Communication was clear. No gotcha’s or gimmicks. They even offered to drop off the new car and pick up the trades (out of state purchase). Finance rate was reasonable without negotiation. They even put up with me continuously trying to find the shoe that was going to drop (but never came). As someone who has bought and sold more cars than I’d care to admit, I can tell you that this will be the first dealer I return to if buying a Ford (even though it’s a two hour drive) or if trading/selling a vehicle of any make. Well done.

I go to this dealership because I paid for the oil changes when I purchased the truck and it is close to where I live. I go out of convenience but the staff is not knowledgeable. The first time I took my truck in for an oil change they turned me away and said I didn’t have the required mileage to get it. I had to come back after I put on a couple thousand miles. I found out later this is not the case. Also, I had a piece of plastic trim break in the interior before I had even owned the car a year. The service manager and salesman gave me the runaround and it still isn’t fixed. Don’t bother coming here.

Will not do the Quick Lane again. I was told that I was #3 in line and that was at 7:10AM. I was told they were short a mechanic and it would take a little longer than normal. I had a Drs appt. so I said I would pick it up in the afternoon. I called at 3:30 and it was not done. Just because I didn't wait on it I do not think that I should have been put at the end of the line. I only got my car at 5:15. Sorry but I think that is wrong.

Mike, thank you for going over and above giving assistance in getting proper products my F150.
