First of all Steve Hess is a wonderful human being and has my respect. My wife’s 2016 Ford Explorer Sport has now been in for one failure or another approximately 8-9 times. For reference it’s 6/27/2020. has my respect. My wife’s 2016 Ford Explorer Sport has now been in for one failure or another approximately 8-9 times. For reference it’s 6/27/2020. The Explorer has 42,000 miles. Has blown through 5 or so injectors leaving my wife and kids stranded several of those times. It usually works out that I’m at the firehall while my wife’s alone with the kids for 24hrs. Well Steve always has taken care of the situation sending a tow out to get her. He’s been understanding and very personable. Just this past week the cameras went out on this lemon and of course the warranty doesn’t cover that. Well Steve found a way. Great dude. If it weren’t for Steve I’d probably never deal with Two Rivers or Ford again. This coming from someone who still drives a 1993 F-150 and grand father worked for Ford for 42 yrs. We all Drive Ford.
