Quick, Easy Purchase Experience The trade-in / purchase couldn’t have been easier. I came in the door and wound up working with Kevin. I made an offer and Kevin got the approval in just a few minutes. The purchase paperwork went fairly fast which is good considering the volume of paperwork involved ( I don’t remember this many forms to complete when we bought our last house ). The permanent license plate arrived in the mail in just a few days. The title arrived a few days later. Good job, Two Rivers Ford! More

Oil Change Took my 2018 Ford Explorer for an oil change at this location. Two weeks later I get an Change oil Soon alert. Called Chris Tylor for days and left a Took my 2018 Ford Explorer for an oil change at this location. Two weeks later I get an Change oil Soon alert. Called Chris Tylor for days and left a voicemail to let him know the situation, but never received a call back. I guess Chris and his team are to busy NOT changing the oil on peoples cars. Ended up taking my car to Firestone and change the oil. Never ever going back to Two rivers Ford to buy or service a car. Also reading some of the reviews here seems that I am not the only one had this issue More
