This is the first time that I have had a vehicle (Ford F350 Lariat) built from the factory based on my very specific equipment and options list. Tom Phillips made the experience straightforward and simple, and the rest of the personnel there, from the financing person to the manager, were all friendly and professional. Tom kept me informed throughout the process and the truck was delivered earlier than expected with the exact options I ordered. It was freshly cleaned and detailed and full of fuel when I picked it up, and Tom spent quite a bit of time going over the plethora of options, buttons, dials, gauges, and settings that a high technology truck has these days. overall, it was a very positive experience and I would certainly recommend them as a strong contender when considering a vehicle purchase. Bought my Fusion here. Wont be back. I bought my Ford Fusion from here a little over a year ago. Since then, both of my key fobs broke and the key wont flip out. I went to the service cen I bought my Ford Fusion from here a little over a year ago. Since then, both of my key fobs broke and the key wont flip out. I went to the service center to have these fixed as my car is still new and under warranty. The service center was rude and offered no help. They only offered to replace my keys at an astronomical fee. After leaving Two Rivers I called Bates Ford who i then explained my situation to. They welcomed me with open arms and they are currently helping me. Two Rivers is much closer to home for me, but i will no longer return there for ANYTHING. So much for caring for the customer after the sale. More
