We had been saving up for a while to buy a used 2014-2016 explorer for ou My husband and I had an amazing experience at Two Rivers Ford in Mt. Juliet. We had been saving up for a while to buy a used 2014-2016 explorer for our growing family. We definitely did our research and even went to a different dealership the day before we came to TRF. While the other place had friendly sales people, they didn't have exactly what we wanted at their location, but were willing to get the explorer shipped to their location at a separate cost to us. They also were going give us a very small trade in value for our current 2007 fusion. Needless to say, we still wanted to shop around. We live near TRF but didn't really know if they carried certified pre-owned vehicles. To our surprise, they do AND they had the explorer we wanted at a decent price. We even got a better trade-in value because of being a loyal Ford customer! I would like to recognize our salesman, John Q, for giving us a wonderful experience. He was very knowledgeable about the explorer and took the time to help us understand everything that this fully-loaded SUV had to offer. We were initially concerned that it might be too large of a vehicle to fit in our garage, so John handed over the keys for us to take it on a test drive and check. Lucky for us, it fits, even with my husband's car in there too! Since we've bought it, we have had no problems, but feel comfortable enough to give John a call to ask him any questions we have about the car. I plan on returning to TRF to get my oil changed as well as any future services or car needs. Thank you again, we love our explorer!! More

Guess I'll be shopping elsewhere. What a day finally decide to get a car note after 10 years just disappointed. More

There was no hassle, no pressure to buy and lots of patience. Gary was our Salesman. He was excellent. Very Laid back and very professional. Doug, the sales manager was excellent as well. He made us feel very comfortable from the start and had no problem spending time with us to make us feel comfortable going over our numbers and negotiating. We met the Finance Manager, Kenny Fitzpatrick, on the last night, when we picked up the vehicle and signed the papers. He was a pleasure to sit with. No pressure. Covered everything. Incompetent I took my f-150 here 4 times for the same electrical problem. After unsuccessfully fixing it the first time I was put at the end of the line each time I took my f-150 here 4 times for the same electrical problem. After unsuccessfully fixing it the first time I was put at the end of the line each time I brought it back for a total of 35 days. The problem was never fixed. This went on for almost a year. I took it to aes in Nashville and it was fixed in one half day. More
