Having just returned to middle TN, we were in the market for a new truck and, although some of the faces are new, the experience was even better. It is amazing to me that even with my family GM discount, I could obtain a deal that was better at a Ford dealership - the commissioned sales approach has a great impact on this process in my opinion as there is little pressure to squeeze the consumer for every last dollar to impact the commission on the sale. Our salesman, Brent Jordan, was a professional - courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable, making the entire process as streamlined and efficient as possible. Kenny in Finance was great and presented the options at the time of sale for the enhancements to our purchase - with no pressure to absolutely add anything. We will be back next year when my wife's lease is up - Two Rivers is a great dealership with great people to take care of you. I highly recommend Brent for facilitating your purchase. More

Excellent experience I was very pleased. I walk in Saturday night late and Joseph help me out. They didn't have the car at that lot that I wanted so he took my info and ga I was very pleased. I walk in Saturday night late and Joseph help me out. They didn't have the car at that lot that I wanted so he took my info and gave me call the next morning, He took me to the other car lot they had that was closed that day to let me test drive the car I wanted. He told everything about the car. I fell in love with the car. I told him I want the car and he took all my info and ask me what is my plan with the car I told him and he did just that. When I got all the paper work done he stayed and went to the car and showed me how to work all the new things in my new car. He went over everything, any question I had, he answered. I was very impressed and enjoyed it. A couple of days later he called me and ask me if I had any new question about my new car and how am I enjoying it. He said if I have any question or concern about the car feel free to call or text him anytime or just come by and talk to him he would help me. Great job Joseph Leming. YOU WERE AWESOME. Not only was this the easiest, most stress-free vehicle purchase ever, but I was completely at ease and felt like I was visiting old friends. There was no pressure at all from either Mark Seifert in Sales or Reggie Hardiman in Finance. To my amazement, Mark even followed me back to the airport to return my rental car.
