SUPERIOR SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT I was looking for a New Escape on a lease program. Due to my busy schedule it was nearly difficult to spend time going to various places looking for I was looking for a New Escape on a lease program. Due to my busy schedule it was nearly difficult to spend time going to various places looking for a car. I contacted Two Rivers via their internet site and was in contact with Mark Seifert. I bought the car from him without any hesitation. He went above and beyond to help me through the finance portion, locating the perfect cat aligned with my specs requirement. He also drove to Fort Campbell to deliver the vehicle to me, in which made the transition even better yet and stress free. He is a great asset to Two Rivers Ford and to the Ford Motor Company. Great experience buying an 18th birthday present for my son! I contacted several dealerships in middle TN prior to selecting Two Rivers Ford. My reason for selecting Two Rivers was primarily due to Mark Seifert' I contacted several dealerships in middle TN prior to selecting Two Rivers Ford. My reason for selecting Two Rivers was primarily due to Mark Seifert's excellent customer service and desire to answer all my questions fully before I ever stepped foot on to the dealership. Once i did arrive at the dealership, mark continued to be very helpful in answering all our questions in selecting the car. Every step of the process was explained to me and I was treated by the entire staff with dignity and respect. My needs and limitations were clarified and was honored. I was not "sold" a car, I "bought" a car. I got a better deal than expected and still stayed within my personal limitations. I was finally heard and my needs were met. Mr. Barker, you get it. When I left, I felt wonderful. I finally trusted and was 100% sure, I had chosen the right dealership and was blessed to have worked with a special group of people. New Car Purchase It’s been 8 years since we’ve purchased a new vehicle and we’ve been talking about needing to buy a new car for almost a year now. It’s not a process we enjoy and in all honesty one that we’ve been dreading! We purchased a new Ford F150 truck in 2003 from Two Rivers Ford and after researching our options made the decision to go back to them for our first Ford car purchase. The gentleman that met us at the door, Glen West, was simply terrific. He was kind, listened to us, did not pressure us and a total pleasure to work with.
